What is your greatest achievement in school so far this semester?
***I would have to say really sticking in it until the end because it was plenty of roadblocks and things trying to turn me around and make me quit.....

What has been the most difficult part of your job at Jittery Joe's? What would you change if you could?

Have you had a bad customer experience? Without using names or identifying information, explain what happened and how you resolved the situation.
***Of course I have i have them every day. Someone always come up and want something but they don't know what they want, then when they make up their mind they want to argue about the prices and try to make me lower the price to a so called friend price......But i just sit down and wait until they either give me the money or walk away.......

***I feel good while i'm working because i am in a good environment......
